Food for Thought !

God knitted our human bodies together with amazing detail and wonder.  LAMININ. Here is how wikipedia describes them: “Laminins are a family of proteins that are an integral part of the structural scaffolding of basement membranes in almost every animal tissue”.  Laminins are what hold us together....LITERALLY.  They are cell adhesion molecules.  They are what holds one cell of our bodies to the next cell.  Without them, we would literally fall apart.

But what I didn't know is what laminin LOOKED LIKE. But now I do. Here is what the structure of laminin looks like ... if you look up laminin in any scientific/medical piece of literature, this is what you will see ... (image above)

Now tell me that our God is not the coolest !  Amazing !

The glue that holds us together .... ALL of us .... is in the shape of the CROSS.

Even medicine and science testifies to the make up of every human being, with the physical cells of our bodies being held TOGETHER by Laminins (image above), which was made by God in the shape of a CROSS. What Jesus did for us on the cross is the saving grace which holds us together not just after we complete our journey on Earth, but RIGHT NOW as our very cells, our bodies would FALL APART without Laminin.

Jesus suffered and died on the Cross for YOU and me, because he loves YOU and me

God created us through his Word, who was Jesus Christ
